• Use your link to sign up your current team or invite your new prospects to your team

• We will start slow and methodically and gain momentum as we grow.

• You must join all programs that we suggest if you possibly can and if you are already in a program previously then you must get a second spot under your sponsors link in TLC if you choose to join.

• IMPORTANT:  If you choose not to join a program YOU MUST GIVE YOUR SPONSORS LINK TO YOUR TEAM!  (YOU WILL NOT LOSE YOUR TEAM FOR ANY FUTURE PROGRAMS)

• Although there are no "Admin" here at TLC, we do have a program coordinator, several matrix experts, a communications specialist on Skype and who also runs our Webinars, an information specialist that handles our data base, and a dedicated programmer/developer.

• When a program is introduced to the coop, the link for you to join will come from your sponsor. You must get in as soon as you get your link and then pass your link to your people as soon as possible and instruct them to do the same.

• Remind your team to make sure their personal profile in their program back office is complete so they get paid.

• YOU MUST FOLLOW THE STRATEGY INSTRUCTIONS FOR EACH PROGRAM

• Our goal is to choose solid, safe high yield program(s), and then add a long term residual that pays every week and month. To give your portfolio of investments the foundation it needs before moving on to anything else.

• We will always try our best to send messages down the line or post them somewhere for all of possible upcoming programs and events.

• All launches & weekly strategies will be done on Mondays just to keep it uniform.  In otherwords, all we work 2 days a week for about an hour.  Mondays & Tuesdays, Mondays are for launches and rebuys and Tuesdays are for withdrawing your money to your bank!!!  The rest of the time you can build your teams. 

• You must be reachable & engaged, your people count on you to give them information coming down the line as soon as it is available, (normally once a week) this is pinnacle in your success. Have your sponsors info too and give it to your people in case you can not be reached.

• You may join any other outside programs, but please respect our team and be responsible, no spamming the team members please.

• You must be willing to participate in the programs TLC provides, if you miss 2 consecutive programs or re-buys into a program that requires structured timely re-buys after you are in profit, you will no longer be a part of the coop and may not return as you will be replaced.

• Respect for all in the coop. This is business...There will be zero tolerance for unethical or mean spirited conduct within the coop and will be cause for immediate dismissal from the group.

• Once you've started, your sponsor is your sponsor and your personal is your personal.

• You can not be apart of two teams. There is no need.

• At anytime you may quit your team and at that time your spot will be filled with a new person.

• If you can not be reached within 24 hours of a program launch or re-entry, you will have to wait till the next go around and your ten people will get your sponsors link.

• If a program fails for any reason... get over it and move on. We do our very best due diligence but there are certain things that are out of our control.

• All programs themselves have admin to contact if you have a problem within a program itself. There is no admin at TLC that can help you on that end. (Make sure your profile info is updated in all programs so you get paid!)

• KEEP THIS SIMPLE! DON'T MUCK IT UP ... remember most of the things we are doing here WORK exactly the way it should.

If you expect spillover or immediate gratification or you have a tantrum and whine like a baby seal,
you may want to rethink joining this invesment coop, this is long term big business.

If you expect your upline or downline to do all the work for you, don't join the coop

If you expect to not have a positive attitude and not be engaged with your team, don't join the coop

If you expect there is no way - no how you can get even one person on your team, don't join the coop

If you expect not to be a good leader for your team and disappear for weeks, don't join the coop

If you expect not to have $20 to begin building your portfolio or have a hard time emotionally
leveraging some of your profits to accelerate your earnings, don't join the coop

BUT ....

If you expect to work 2 days a week and follow through with all strategies and expect a return on your investments... YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE!
